• Collusion between players in poker or any other multi-player game.

Mm98 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close a member's account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected on the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant accounts).

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the mm98 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances (i.e. balances that have met all applicable rollover requirements) will be returned to the member via the same payment method used for deposit. Bonus balances with incomplete rollover are not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure.
